Material
Carope provide the high quality traceability system for the material ordering and inspection according approved ITP. The material (Plate/Pipe/Forging/Casting/Bearing/PAD/Rigging/ Fastener/ Loose Items) is ordered from the specific third party approved mill or factory with 3.2 or 3.1 certificates, which is upon contractual requirement with client before material ordering. All of material is tested by CNAS approved laboratories under Carope approval.
Carope have professional engineers and inspectors to ensure the quality system of material ordering and inspection according approved ITP. All of laboratories for material test are CNAS accredited lab.
WPS and Fit-Up/Welding
Carope can provide all the (p)WPS prepared according the specific requirements, construction drawing and material datasheet, and submited (p)WPS to client/third party for approval. Then start arrange WPQ/WQT and welder qualification accordingly. Once the WPQ test is passed, start to prepare PQR/WPS and submitted to client/third party for approval. The whole process of WPS preparation strictly follow the third party’s rules and under monitoring by client/third party. All the fit-up and welding activities to be managed by Carope site quality control team. Make sure all the works are fully followed up the requirement of clients.
Machining
Carope have more than tens of large machining equipment in sub-contractors factory to meet the request of production. A perfect machining solution is always provided by Carope to satisfy with some of the most demanding challenging designs while keeping costs within budget . The more efficient way is always the priority.
Coating, Outfitting and Packing
Carope provides coating procedures according client ITP’s. All the qualified coating engineers ensures that all the processes of coating activities are followed up under the best conditions at all times. The third party and painting suppliers are requested to do the witness on site. The assembly and final trial fit work are provided according the integrity drawing for packing delivery.
